Shipping and returns

Orders are printed within 2–5 business days. Busy periods, and Christmas in particular, can add a few days.

At launch, fshhh ships within Australia only. International shipping isn't available yet. Australian orders are sent with tracking, and final shipping rates and delivery estimates are set at checkout.

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the printer.

If the size is not right, unworn and unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Because each shirt is printed to order, return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Please contact us before returning an item. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return is approved.

If a print is wrong, damaged or not what was ordered, email a photo within 30 days and it will be reprinted or refunded at no cost. This sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not limited by anything on this page.
